Cargo romania , a company specializing in the transport of pharmaceutical products, is looking for a colleague located in Timisoara to join the team.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transport;
Secondary education, high school graduate or post-secondary school;
Ms Office operating skills – Word, Excel, databases;
Seriousness, responsibility, positive attitude, team spirit and very good communication skills;
Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes and controls specific activities and cargo flows in the transport node;
Ensures compliance with the rules and work procedures in the distribution, transport, storage and handling activity;
Ensures communication with the internal transport team and subcontracted carriers and monitors their activity;
Supervises loading/unloading activities in/from means of transport, inspects the arrangement of goods in the premises, ensuring specific thermal conditions;
Checks that each transport is carried out only on the basis of valid accompanying documents (delivery slip, tax invoice, goods accompanying notice, handover-receipt report, as applicable);
Ensures that drivers comply with the operating, maintenance and inspection procedures of vehicles;
Completes the entry and exit registers of units transiting the transport node daily;
Reports daily deviations found following the loading and unloading processes and analysis of transport documents, the condition of the goods and transport conditions.
Manages the activity and operating conditions of the transport node.
