Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality hospitality and customer service in line with organisational standards
• Ensure a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for all guests
• Carry out assigned duties efficiently within food & beverage, guest services, housekeeping, or kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all work areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow company policies, service procedures, and UAE hospitality regulations
• Support operational goals, service excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential for some roles)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, well-presented, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Commitment to delivering high standards of service and teamwork
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates
