Summary

 

We are looking for a passionate Guest Service Officer to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

 

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, a swimming pool, and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

 

Your Role

 

As the Guest Service Officer, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing efficient front office services, assisting guests throughout their stay, and ensuring a warm and professional welcome at all times.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and courteous manner

Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction

Handle room reservations, amendments, and guest profiles as required

Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts and billing records

Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to support guest needs

Manage guest complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, services, and promotions

Ensure compliance with front office procedures, service standards, and operational policies

Support pre-opening front office preparations and operational readiness

 

Qualifications

 

Previous experience in front office, guest services, or customer service, preferably within hotels

Strong customer service orientation and passion for hospitality

Good knowledge of front office operations and guest service standards

Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent English communication skills
